Before you can finish any race, you must know what your goals are. Once you know your goals, then you need a plan to reach these goals. This is a photo from a race I ran in Salida last spring. What is ironic is there is no crowd cheering me in. I think this photo represents what "finish" really means. Pick your own "personal" goals. A race, or a goal is for "you" to finish or otherwise you might not make it to the finish line, cause there is no crowd pushing you to the end. Make sure when you do pick a fitness or mind/body goal that it really is your "dream" "accomplishment" and not your friends, husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, or boss. It is your accomplishment that gets you to your big blue finish line. Finish for your self.
